For many of us, we have been very consistent: we believe Barack Obama is just not ready to be president. SOme in that camp are Democrats, and committed Hillary supporters. It’s not just about being a woman. It’s about fairness and the integrity of the process. After all, we live in a Representative Republic. Our process, our Constitution separate us from any other country in the world. Or in history.
No one should be surprised that many Hillary voters are starting to consider, endorse, and even campaign for John McCain. We want what is best for our nation. What is best for the American people. John McCain is the best qualified, with the best judgement. It’s time for us to reach across the aisle and support all Americans who support McCain. It’s the Right thing to do.

Obama is not the President I like to see, and he is ill prepered to stand as a President of the bigest most powerful country in the world. He is a fast learner, flip flop from one thing to another. I for one will switch from Obama to McCain.

Our you serious? “John McCain is the best qualified, with the best judgement”? John McCain finished in the bottom 10% of his Naval Academy, I don’t remember the exact numbers but it was something like 498 out of 500.
And what about his policies? Have you even seriously read his stance on the economy, for example? It’s an exact replica of George Bush’s Reagan-mock-up, except he screwed it over so much so that he took a surplus from the Clinton administration and turned it into one of the largest deficits we’ve ever seen. (If trickle-down economy hasn’t worked for the past EIGHT year, who says it’s going to work for the next FOUR?)
Please, make the right choice… unless you want to suffer with exorbitant economic devastation for another four years.
are*, i meant to say “Are* you serious?”
Actually John McCain finished last in his class at Annapolis. Dead last. Experience doesn’t count for much. Look at one of the most experienced members of the current administration, Mr Dick Cheney for example. Soon to be indicted and tried for war crimes. Barack Obama is a man of good judgement and reasoned rational positions. He knows that Czechoslovakia is two nations now. He knows the difference between Shiites and Sunnis. He is young and not suffering from dementia.
“Actually” he did not finish dead last. And “actually” experience does matter.
Which authority, specifically, will provide the indictment? I assume you have a credible source on that. By credible, I mean for attribution and from an accredited or internationally recognized authority.
Obama has neither good judgment, nor reasoned rational opinions — save the vote on FISA, and his acknowledgment last week at the VFW that the Surge in Iraq has worked, and a few other things where he’s now in total agreement with George W. Bush.
Since Obama declared the city of Eau Claire a “big, important state” and isn’t sure if we have 57, 58 or 60 states – depending on the count… I’ll take McCain. He doesn’t need any on-the-job training, and he doesn’t need a mentor.
I want a president who is ready on day one. Obama is not ready. John McCain is.
